The results are determined by a combination of online voting and national juries that consist of 3 music industry professionals and 2 children.
Online Voting is consisting of 2 Phases
The first phase of online voting starts today at 20:00 CET. Voters are required to watch a recap of all the rehearsal performances before they can cast a vote. After this, there is an option to watch longer, 1-minute clips from each participant’s rehearsals. This first round on Sunday 24 November at 15:59 CET, just one minute before the live show.
Each voter needs to select at least 3 songs, and no more than 5, to cast a valid vote. Viewers can also vote for their own country’s song.
The second phase of online voting takes place during the live show and starts after the last performance. Then the voting window will open up for approximately 15 minutes. Again, the international audience can vote online for a minimum of 3 countries and a maximum of 5. Viewers can also vote for their own country’s song.
